Front passenger window relay/switch burnt out

Nightmare situation: the front passenger window control seized in the window-fully-open position. I could smell the burnt out relay/switch/thing, so it was very evident. I've got a late 2007 (57) PT Cruiser Limited Edition. I asked my go-to mechanics if they could sort it out, but they are having difficulty getting the part in the UK. Does anyone know where I can source a replacement for this burnt out thingy please?

I've had the pleasure of dealing with all of the above companies and never had cause to complain, it's very hard to get new parts from the official Chrysler dealers, as all there parts now come from Italy and not the U.S
