New PT owner Empty New PT owner

Hi, I thought I'd introduce myself. My names Mandy and I've just become the proud owner of a PT Cruiser! I must admit I'm having a few doubts, my insurance and tax have gone up, but basically I've wanted one of these cars for some years now.
If anyone would be kind enough to tell me I've done the right thing please feel free!!

Yes, you've done the right thing, yes Cruiser's are not the cheapest car to keep on the road, but I think the looks and character of the car is well worth the extra price in motoring, I've just had to shell out £700 on mine this year, but over the 9 years I've had her, that's not a lot of money per year, last year I needed a set of tyres, and the year before that a new battery, but I don't think mine will be going anywhere any day soon, it's a keeper, get yourself to a few shows, and you'll see the other side of Cruiser ownership.
