It looks like this might be what you are looking for:

It's £25 and it's stainless steel. It is a direct replacement for the factory black screw-in wing-mounted mast. Mind you, the summary states that this is for 2002-2004 PTs, so I don't know if it'd fit your 51-plate PT.
