I'm new here!!! can anyone help with "electrics/wiring/stereo"?!

Does anyone know about replacing the original stereo in our 01 limited edition 2.0 classic, with -(not an aftermarket unit) another original factory fitted stereo from an 03 pt cruiser? I cant seem to find a wiring loom adaptor that will fit a non-aftermarket installation as such. The connections on the 03 stereo are different from our 01 model. can anyone point me in the right direction please?....
