hi i have a pt cruiser and the power steering belt keeps breaking, third time now,the second time it happened the mechanic said the tensioner sticks on it or seized so they put a new tensioner on it and a new belt,
but it has just snapped again
could anyone help me out please

How old is the car, is it a CRD (some have had problems with the bottom pulley not running true)
