When I purchased my Cruiser it only came with one key and I would like to have a spare but I believe it will need to be programmed, is there only Chrysler dealers who can do this.

Think Chrysler is your only option...but wouldn't hurt to try local locksmith.

Alternative is to buy ECU, immobiliser and key barrel with two keys from scrap yard...has to be same model as yours.
